Coronavirus (COVID19) - Update and Government Guidelines - Move Brothers - Update

Updated: Oct 5, 2020

The safety and welfare of all our Customers and Member of Staffs are always our priority. We will be endlessly monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and subsequently following all Governmental Advice and taking the compulsory steps to avoid any further spread of the virus.

We are updating our bookings to be able to launch a “contact-free” option where the driver will be able to collect/deliver from outside your property. We are working to get this available as soon possible. If you would like to take advantage of contactless deliveries, please give us a call on 02031984840 and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation daily and making sure Move Brothers are completely equipped to react to any confirmed cases. We are ensuring our Drivers and members of staff are provided with all the support needed to offer a safe working environment, whilst working with local authorities and following local guidance.

Our drivers are carrying out additional care on all bookings. Please also consider implementing additional safety measures when packing/unpacking and making hand sanitizer available within your own premises, as well as regularly washing your hands.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) website also provides an excellent resource with regards to general hygiene guidance and recommendations, which have been summarised below:

• Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water.

• When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – throw tissues away immediately and wash hands.

•Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands.

•Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever or a cough.

•Avoid greetings that include physical contact e.g. handshakes.

We take the health and safety of our customers and team members very seriously. We are working hard to try to reduce interruption so that you can carry on as usual. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. We will continue to monitor this situation as a priority, but should you wish to engage further, or if you need further information please do not hesitate to get in contact via 020 3198 4840.

We will regulars be updating this page with any new information in line with the updated government guidelines.
